Justine’s Reboot with Real Foods Program is SO well thought out! Justine really understands the practical, nutritional and psychological challenges involved in transitioning to whole food plant based oil-free (WFPBOF) eating. 
 
This program goes so much deeper than anything else I’ve seen, and yet it is cleverly designed to prevent overwhelm. Each week there is something new to learn and try, but it’s never overwhelming and I can go at my own pace. Everything is simple and low effort. 
 
There is a simple structure to follow, but there is an endless variety of flavour and texture profiles to enjoy, and part of the process is that students tailor the meals to their own tastes. Justine teaches us chefs' tricks to create meals that I can’t wait to eat. There is no more struggle over what to make. 
 
Finally I have the tools that are letting me internalize WFPBOF meal preparation. Before, I could look at a fridge full of ingredients and plan a traditional “meat and potatoes” farm meal in a mili-second, but I could not do the same for WFPBOF meals. My attempts at WFPBOF meals were boring and disappointing, and I felt like I was always eating some version of the same thing, over and over. It was an endless struggle. I could not do it well enough to eat well consistently. Learning to prepare meals the Reboot for Real Foods way has eliminated the struggle and I’m now starting to be able to give myself the “Food Joy” I have always wanted. As I continue to move through the program, food is becoming easier and easier, and more and more delicious.
 
The other amazing thing is that the Reboot with Real Foods way of eating means that your nutrition is automatically balanced. Justine is very knowledgeable about nutrition herself, and her approach is in keeping with the most credible source of nutritional science I know, Dr. Greger’s nutitionfacts.org. As a result, from the earliest stages of doing the program, I have been seeing significant health impacts like more energy, less inflammation, feeling more hormonally balanced, improved skin, and weight loss.
 
I also love that the tools work together so that you use up all the groceries you buy - no more buying lots of expensive groceries to do a bunch of different recipes, only to have the unused food go bad. Eating with the Reboot with Real Foods approach is easy, efficient, flexible, delicious and healthy.
 
Honestly, I was not sure if this course would be worth the price; however, I feel that becoming free of struggling with food and being able to consistently eat a nutritionally balanced diet is well worth it. It’s life-changing. I wish I did it years ago. It’s the best investment in my health that I’ve ever made.
